My 16-year old quit school and doesn't have a job. Can he get Medicare benefits?

Medicare is a program for people age 65 and older.Most children under age 18 are eligible to get benefits from your states children's health care program.

I think that he can because he is still underage and if he is living at home with you he should still be able to get medicare benefits. I encourage him to go back to school though!
