TRAVATAN Z contains travoprost 0.004% and is used to reduce elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma. It is highly effective. There is no "best" medication because the doctor prescribed it has to take into account many different things

There isn't really anything to show what the "best" medication would be for glaucoma, as there are several factors that would need to be taken into consideration such as medical history and current medications. It is one of the most commonly used though.

This is a very good drug for Glaucoma. It is also the first Glaucoma drug that works better in persons of African American Descent rather than Caucasian.
