Yes, there are many brands, Pentax, Olympus, Vivitar, and Bushnell. This feature is pretty standard nowdays because of awareness of the sun's harmful rays. The objective lens the large outer lens takes in a great deal of light, that's why UV protection is so important. The larger the lens is the more light you get.

I am assumong you are asking about UV protection for your eyes when looking through binoculars in which case the answer is yes. Since almost all binoculars have glass lenses they have built in UV protection. If you have a pair of binoculars with plastic lenses they would have to have a UV protective coating to give UV protection.
