While there is no diagnosis for "post affair depression", many people feel depressed after the end of a romantic relationship. If this depression is severe, it could be "adjustment disorder".

If a spouse has learned of a partner's affair, depression is common. After all, there has been a breach of trust in the most important relationship in their lives.

Not with that specific term, but yes. An affair is a type of relationship, and as any relationship that comes to an end, the people in it are affected.

Post "affair" depression isn't listed as a diagnosis in the Diagnostic And Statistical Manual of Mental Illness (DSM-IV-TR), which is the manual used for mental illness diagnosis critera. In that sense it isn't a specific diagnosis. However, many events in life could cause some sort of depressive episode that could be diagnosed.
