Yes, there is a pro softball league for women called National Pro Fastpitch. It is comprised of six teams representing five states.

There is no true "Major League Softball", as there is for baseball. There are, however, several professional softball leagues. None of them have gained the exclusivity or success of the American League or National League in baseball. Softball is in many ways a less difficult form of baseball and, while fun to play, has had difficulty establishing a fan base.
