Is there something like a child behavior chart that can tell me if my kid is normal?

It is best to look in a book on child development. It will have charts and lists but also will explain individual variations. Get a book written by a doctor.

There might be a chart to help you know if your child is on track with his learning, abilities, etc., but I would say that you should take your child to a physician for better help and understanding of where your child's "levels" are. A doctor would be able to help you out better than any chart.

You should be able to find childhood development information online. It will breakdown when your child should be hitting certain milestones like crawling, walking, talking, etc. It is important to remember that all children develop differently. As long as their not too far behind, they should be okay.

No, there is not such a thing. Every child is different, so you can't measure the behavior with some sort of chart! Moreover you can't and should not compare children with each other. Every child is individual and has his/her own personality. Beaware even twins behave differently.
