I know there are programs that can try to determine what your baby will look like. But look at your partner, the male has the strongest genes.

Sort of. There is no dead certain way to predict the features of your child but you can guess fairly accurately. If you and the baby's father have some of the same dominant traits your child will probably inherit those traits.

No there is no way for you to predict that. But, you can go and have an 4D ultra sound done in color to see what your baby looks like.
