These symptoms could possibly be that of a cyst, which is some oil trapped under the skin. If fluid comes out of the pores of the skin when you squeeze it, you could have a cyst. It's also possible that your skin is suffering an allergic reaction to some substance.

im unsure. but if ur penis is changing color in any way. you need to seek medical attention at your earliest convience.
