Oxidation is a process where oxygen reacts with a substance. Oxidization is the action/reaction that happens when oxygen reacts with a substance. Iron rusts. Iron rusts through the process of oxidation. Oxidation of iron makes iron oxide. The iron is oxidized and the result forms iron oxide. Oxidization of the iron forms iron oxide. [word usage process or action]

There is no difference between these terms. Oxidization and oxidation are, in fact, the same thing with a slightly different name.
