Aside from personal ethics, there are no known problems associated with donating sperm. However, be aware that the legal issues associated with becoming a biological parent this way are murky and undefined. While it is very unlikely, future children produced via your sperm could eventually claim ownership to support or inheritance. But other than this, there are no real issues.

I personally would not recommend it if the only reason is for money. Because in the back of your mind you are going to be wondering how many kids do you have after you donated your sperm for just about any woman to use to create life. If you are alright with that then you can.

Yes. Its safe and wholly without consequences for the donor. The money is given after a few tests are made to ensure viability of use.

Money should not be the main factor. Think carefully about what biological offspring mean to you and the idea of having children you will probably never personally meet or know.
