Not entirely. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is where you need to have things spotlessly clean, or have some other extreme obsession. In regards to food, they probably have to have it made in such a way. Or arranged in such a way.

OCD or obsessive compulsive disorder, may be related to anything at all. If food is the object of the compulsion, the person will obsess over it.
