Toronto, Canada grocery store is the legal owner of "No Name". The term has been loosely identified with many products when in the developmental stage, however, a competing company cannot use the brand name without legal repercussions.

There really is not a brand known as a "No Name". This is a reference to a product that is done under a vanity label, such as in a supermarket where you would see a product, like paper towels sold under the store's brand. This isn't made by the store but a generic producer and resold at the store.
