B12 will not cure neuropathy, but it is a vitamin that the body needs, so it can't hurt to take it and see if it makes you feel better.

yes injection of high doses b12 suppliment in the form of methycobalamin can cure peripheral neuropathy. it also cure autism due to diabaetics.
