Yes, jogging in place is beneficial. This is a cardio exercise, which means you can build up your lungs and heart while also strengthening your muscles. To increase the difficult, you can increase the speed or drive your knees higher. Jogging in place also keeps your muscles loose in-between other exercises.

Yes, jogging in place can be beneficial, but it can also be boring. It's the same idea as a treadmill. But jogging in place while watching TV can be great.
