Depending upon where you live, it could be illegal. Apart from this, it is still a bad idea. Someone who is 27 has a lot more life experience than you do, and it is very easy for such a relationship to become exploitive. Ask yourself, realistically, why he would want to date someone who can't do adult activities with him.

It's not essentially wrong, no. However, depending on what state you're in, if you start a sexual relationship with the guy, then he could be breaking the law.
