The Caribbean offers many options for foreigners who want to relocate. Whether it is "worth it" is a personal decision based on what an individual wants in terms of lifestyle, access and real estate weighed against his/her means.
The Caribbean is incredible, and if you love sun, sand and the ocean you might really enjoy it. However, most islands are quite expensive and unless you are independently wealthy it could be hard to find a job.
