Of course not!! first dogs put their noses on poop to smell it and sniff other stuff too. not to mention that is may contain saliva from all the licking which would be the perfect place for bacteria to form, so kissing the nose will definitely spread the bacteria from his nose to your mouth.

There should be no issue with kissing your dog on the nose. Granted, the dog hasn't been in anything particularly filthy recently. If the dog has been sniffing about in something gross, I wouldn't recommend kissing it.

Yes, it is perfectly safe to kiss a dog's nose. Even if the dog is deathly ill, viruses oro ther diseases can not be transferred from human to dog or from a dog to a human. Just make sure they haven't been getting into anything gross you would not want to be kissing!

If you know the dog and it is comfortable with you, then yes, it's perfectly safe. Just never put your face up close to a dog's face that you don't know well because it might be uncomfortable and that's when it might bite. Always read a dog's body language to make sure it's not uncomfortable.
