Is it possible to lose 10lbs in 2 days by eating?

If you lose 10 lbs in two days it probably water. Women who lose that fast are losing water. To lose real weight you need to excerise and lose muscle weight. Muscle weighs more and when you lose muscle weight you might keep it off. If you eat alot of salt this tends to put on weight called water retention.

It is pretty much impossible for any normal-sized human to lose ten pounds in one or two days. About the only way this could be done is if you somehow managed to eat more than ten pounds of food in one sitting, and then ate something that would cause you to throw it all up. I don't recommend this.

No matter what diet followed, if ten pounds are lost in 2 days, the weight loss is temporary, likely a combination of stool and dehydration and will be regained the moment the person stops the regime.

There is no way you can lose that much in two days. You could lose as much as 5 lbs by solely eating diuretics, but this would be temporary.

Trying to lose that much weight in such a short amount of time is not healthy and could even be harmful. A healthy rate is 1-2 pounds a week.
