Is it possible to conceive one week after your period?

I think I may be pregnant.

YES, it is possible to conceive at this point (actually, the chances are pretty good), so you should probably take a pregnancy test, especially if you are having any other symptoms that might indicate a pregnancy. Hopefully it is a wanted pregnancy, so we should wish you congratulations if it's positive.

It is possible to conceive at any point in the month. But women are more likely to conceive during ovulation than any other time of the month.

Yes, it is very much possible to conceive one week after your period. I know from personal experience. Though take a pregnancy test to be certain, though I don't know how accurate it will be. If you start feeling tired more often, feeling ill, anything... odds are you are pregnant. Though consult your doctor for more information.

No time in your cycle is "safe. " If you do not want to get pregnant you should take precautions to prevent pregnancy. So yes, you could be pregnant. Take a home pregnancy test if you're not sure.
