Possible, yes. Likely, no. Hematidrosis is an extremely rare medical condition in which the patient sweats blood or blood pigment, usually while under extraordinary stress. It appears to be caused by hemorrhaging into the sweat glands.

It can be possible for someone to sweat blood if they rupture one or more of the sweat producing ducts. Because this is quite rare and the sweat producing ducts are so small, it is extremely hard to do. Even then, you aren't really sweating blood but rather bleeding from the duct

It is possible, but the condition is rare. The condition is called hematidrosis or hematohidrosis. Often hematidrosis is associated with very stressful situations.
