It is okay to use an elliptical machine in the first trimester of your pregnancy, and maybe the 2nd but you should not be exercising vigorously towards the end of your pregnancy. You may want to consider alternate forms of exercise such as yoga, water aerobics, tai chi, etc. You want low stress low impact exercises.
