You may want to have a doctor check you out just to be sure that you don't have an STD. You may truly have zits, but they could also be ingrown hairs or something worse. If it's an STD, you want to get it checked out as soon as possible to make sure there aren't complications.

The appearance of zits every once and a while is alright. But, if your getting them more often then you might want to wash the area with better soap. Try one that is designed for zits. clearisol makes some great products for zits. I would advise to try those first.

I would get them checked out by a doctor to make sure they aren't an STD. Genital Herpes can often look like a zit. They start out like a bump and start to get white puss inside them like a zit has.
