Is it okay to feed filberts and Corn Flakes to Sun Conures?

My bird is about one year old.

This should be fine in moderation. Too much of this type of food can cause bloating of the bird's stomach, so just use it as a treat.

Both filberts and cornflakes should be okay to feed to sun conures in small amounts, but as far as cornflakes go you shouldn't be feeding your bird too much processed human food. Filberts and cornflakes will work as treats, but most of the time, stick with seeds, fruits and veggies.

It is okay to do it, as long as you do not do it on regular basis, only as a special treat (it's not the bird's natural feed).

It is ok to feed these items to your sun conure but only on a limited basis as they can cause bloating issues.
