Most likely it is not good to eat the. However yogurt containers will bulge at the top of the lid when they have gone bad gas tries to escape from the container.

I ate some yogurt that was left out for almost 24 hours in 80-90 degree heat. I'm having stomach pain and issues with diarrhea today, but it's getting better. No vomiting or anything, so overnight should be alright. Probably similar side effects.

You are better off throwing it out. There is a good chance the bacteria in the yogurt could make you sick from not being refrigerated for many hours. To be safe don't eat it.

Depending on the temperature of the room the yogurt was left in(under 70 degres) it probably would not cause any ill effects. If the room temperature is warmer than this it would taste bad and one runs the risk of developing intestinal upset.

Unless the room was hot, the yogurt should be fine to eat. Just give it a sniff and make sure it doesn't smell rancid. If it doesn't, grab a spoon and dig in :)

While yogurt typically has a pH low enough to offer some protection against the growth of harmful bacteria, spoilage organisms can still affect the quality of the product quickly and turn it into something unappealing to eat. It should still be safe to eat.

It's probably in your head. Yogurt is made as a way to preserve milk. Unless the room is hot, you should be fine.
