Is it okay to buy cheap second hand mobile phones?

I don't know whether to trust them or not but the price is good.

There's nothing inherently wrong with buying a secondhand mobile. As long as you have a plan with a company, they can generally put their chip in so your secondhand phone will work as well as a new one. Be wary of the seller if you don't know them well, though.

Yes as long as the second hand phone is not yet been reconditioned, the phone is okay especially when you will buy it in their cheapest price. Sometimes second hand phones are just phone that's been bought weeks or months ago and the owner change their mind about it and want to buy another new model.

It depends on the price and how old the phone is. You do not want to buy a phone that is more than one year old. Phone companies are always coming out with new products and upgrades and if you buy a phone that is too old, it may not be up to date enough to work.
