You need to find out what the law is where you live. All jurisdictions have laws about marriage between relatives (for example, about half of the US states prohibit marriage between first cousins). Jurisdictions also make laws about the levels of kinship at which having sex is considered incest.

yes,it is absolutely okay if you are in a relationship with the son of your cousin. it is very normal thing in this generation. this is your life. if you are feeling good with him. then,there is not any problem

That would make him like a second cousin, which I believe is legal, but there are other factors to consider. The social stigma attached to that will lose you friends and possibly members of your family that might disapprove.

Only first cousins, sharing grandparents, are illegal to marry in many states. A cousin once removed is legal to marry - assuming he is over age 18 and otherwise a consenting adult.
