It is generally safe medically to abort a 4 week old fetus but there is significant emotional scarring of the mother whenever abortion is preformed.

Depending are you Pro-Life or Pro-Choice. Pro-Life the answer would be no.. A fetus no matter what stage it is in, is considered a baby. Pro-Choice on the other hand deals with a womans choice. AT 4 weeks ,this would be considered the first trimester.
