Hamsters have very small feet which are usually pink. The bumps on top of the foot may actually be their knuckles. On the bottom of the foot the areas that look like bumps could be the pads of their foot. If the size, shape or texture of the foot has changed recently, it should be brought to a vet.

Teddy bear hamsters do have bumpy skin on their feet. Bumps made out of soft healthy skin are normal on teddy bear hamsters feet. If any of their skin is cut or bleeding you might consider taking your hamster to the veterinarian. These bumpy pads on a hamsters feet can easily get splinters stuck in them or other various injuries.

Not really. Look at pictures of normal hamster feet. If you are worried, then it is best to take your pet to a qualified exotics vet for an exam.

Not really. It could be an infection from a dirty cage. Take him to an exotics vet for a checkup, to be sure it isn't serious.

No, that is not normal. When an animal has bumps anywhere on its body they are usually tumors. They could just be fat tumors but they could also be more serious and could be cancerous. If they are just fat tumors they are fairly harmless, if they are cancerous it is serious.
