Is it hard to become vegetarian at age 40?

I am afraid I am too set in my ways.

If you find foods that you enjoy and like to eat then it should not be too difficult. It is easier to make major changes if you do it gradually, for example give up red meat first, then limit the number of meals you have each week with any meat and reduce gradually.

The difficulty of becoming vegitarian during adulthood is dependent on several factors: previous eating habits, degree of vegatarianism desired, and willpower. If the individual is committed, it can be done.

It can be very difficult to change your eating habits after so long. Instead of giving up meat entirely, phase it out and try Textured Vegetable Product to compensate.

No, you can do it if you set your mind off it. Slowly stop eating meat and replace that with vegetarian meat.
