It's bad to cheat on your fiance with anyone. I suggest you think about why you did it and then apologize to your fiance.

Yes it is bad to cheat on your fiance with his best friend. Even though you say it meant nothing and you promise yourself to never do it again, there will be sexual tension between you and the friend. You will have temptations if you are alone with him again.
