Grid leadership training is very effective.It is very much effective to those who wish to join as a manager. This type of training improves their leadership skill and they can manage the subordinates easily.It also improves their personal abilities.Through this such leaders can attract their superiors. It's garbage. You will fill out a lengthy and sometimes ambiguous survey. With this, your leadership "style: is characterized" and, in turn, this suppose to indicate strengths and weaknesses.
