Is Fred Roberts Glass still in operation?

My grandmother has a couple of signed pieces of milkglass.

Yes, it's still in operation and is located in Ellesmere, Shropshire in the UK. It has been operating continuously under the same family since 1872, and in fact the company was featured on BBC four years ago in 2007 when they celebrated their 135th anniversary. It may not produce milkglass anymore, though, since it's not listed on the website.

Fred Roberts Glass is stil running despite the market slump. Each year many glass companies go out of business. One thing that has set Fred Roberts apart from the competition is it long history of doind honest business. Many old Glass pieces designed by this company are now worth more money since they have become antiques.

Fred Roberts Glass is no longer in operation as far as I know. That is why any of their pieces are prized as olden gems and you should safe-keep any Fred Roberts Glass pieces you have. Of course, you can buy some pieces of ebay and such but they no longer have a running operation.
