Some 80's fashions are making a comeback, but whether or not they should be followed is another story. One example is shoulder pads. You can see them now anywhere from Cosmo magazine to Lady Gaga's outfits. It is more likely that these trends will quickly fade as not many mainstream stores are picking them up.
I dont believe so just because i grew up in the 80's and we wore leg warmers and parachute pants and pinned the bottoms of our pants up!! I also wore my hair up to the side! I dont see really any of that stuff around!

by the looks of the harem pants on the runway and skinny leg jeans in every fashion magazine. Miniskirts and leggings are also back in a big way with the ever present tunic. Although the clothes are coming back, the neon colors seem to be staying in the eighties!
