As described in the Book of Ezekiel, the Third Temple has not yet been built. However, the Second Temple of the Temple Mount at Jerusalem was destroyed in 70 AD.

The vision had a literal fulfillment in 537 B.C.E. when some Jews returned to rebuild the temple. It will also be fulfilled in our day under Christ reign.

I believe that Esekiel's temple points to the future temple in Jerusulum which has not yet been created. THe temple will be here for study and worship when Christ is here in the future. Something to look foreward to.
