An experienced piercer will be fast and as painless as possible with any piercing. Whenever people with multiple piercings list them from most to least painful, eyebrow is always very low on their list. It's likely to feel more like a pinch than true pain. Proper placement is very important with eyebrow piercings so only go to the best piercers.
