Cash for gold could be the best place to sell gold. But the advice here is to check the market price of the gold and contents of the gold, purity, etc. should be checked from some third party also before surrendering gold at Cash for Gold.

All these companies like cash4gold are basically the same kind of places. They work basically work the same way. You send your gold, they send you back a really low figure and if you accept that is the end of it. If you won't accept then they up the offer.

As in anything you wish to sell, you should see who will give you the best deal. There are places that you can sell you gold locally. Do not be afraid to go in and ask them. Once you have their quote, see if Cash4Gold's deal is better than theirs.

Absolutely not!!! I would suggest trying your local jewlers. Cash4Gold pays you well below the market value. You can usually get much better prices locally.
