The American Food and Drug Administration (FDA) states that it is safe to consume aspartame during pregnancy and while you are breastfeeding, but does recommend that you reduce consumption to a "moderate level". Splenda (Sucralose) has been deemed safe for everyone, and could be a good substitute in things like coffees or baking.

Yes, it is safe to consume aspartame. If the aspartame was not safe then the FDA would not allow it to be put in foods.

Aspartame has been declared by both the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the American Dietetic Association to be completely safe during prenancy. Just make sure you're getting enough calories for you and baby, since aspartame is usually present to reduce calories compared to sugar.

Aspartame is safe to consume during pregnancy. However, you should limit soda (carbonated drink) consumption with aspartame because the caffeine is not good for you.
