In Peachtree accounting why does the date on aged receivable incorrect?

I need accounting help.

The date on an aged receivable is incorrect due to the fact that it's designed to default to the last day of the accounting period.On the Reports menu, select the Aging report

The date on an aged receivable is incorrect due to the fact that it's designed to default to the last day of the accounting period. On the Reports menu, select the Aging report. Select Preview and then you can change the date to the correct date. Press Ok to save.

There is the possibility the invoice date used to create the receivable was the wrong date. For example, you meant to enter 2010 instead of 2009?
