In general, what place would you visit in South America?

Rather than stay in an expensive, luxury hotel, I would go for places where you can really get to know South America culture and history, as well as interact with the people. Peru is a wonderful place to visit. You can make new friends in the city of Lima and have a humbling, though amazing, experience at Machu Picchu.

If i were to go to south america i would definetely travel to Brazil. I believe Brazil is a wonderful place to visit.

I would love to go to Brazil and be there when they have there famous carnival or go exploring in the Mayan and Aztec ancient villages. Or possibly go to the amazing beaches and just get immersed in the culture with amazing food, wine and none stop dancing and partying.

South America is huge and where you go depends on your interests. Two places I would suggest are Machu Picchu (Peru) and Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).
