In Excel, how do I highlight rows containing any of a range of values?

If you mean emphasizing the values, you click on the beginning of the row you want to highlight and drag it to the last value of said row. There should be a paint fill button, which fills the selected cells with a color of your choice. You can change the color by clicking on the arrow next to the bucket.

In order to Highlight rows containing any range of values select the rows and click on the highlight icon from the menu bar.
