If you are a size 8, you are not fat. Size 8 is actually smaller than the average dress size of most women, which is a size 12-14. Do not worry about comparing yourself to others.

It is really all relative. All about your perception of your body. Size 8, however, is not fat, no matter if you are 3 ft. tall or 6 ft tall!
