If you have problems with PCOS, will you have hemorrhaging during childbirth?

I'm real confused about this.

While Polycystic Ovary Syndrome does greatly affect a woman's ability to get pregnant and increase risks of miscarriage, it hasn't been shown to cause hemorrhaging during child birth if the woman can carry the child to term.

PCOS has nothing to do with hemorrhage during child birth as i know , so many females has systs in their & they bear childs & give birth normally , but still PCOS ha increased risk in pregnancy & child birth due to hormonal problems in estrogen & progesterone. but in conclusion PCOS doesn't have more rick for hemorrhage .
