Essentially the spouse would just be a cousin-in-law though most families refer to them as the spouse of their cousin. Their children would be your first cousins-once removed. Your second cousin is your great aunt or uncle's children, i. e. your parent's cousin.

If your cousin marries, the spouse will be your cousin-in-law. Second cousins describe the relation of a child born to a first cousin to your children. Example, my son and my cousin's daughter are second cousins.

I think that would be your cousin-in-law. Your second cousins are those who have the same great-grandparents as you. , but not the same grandparents. Your third cousins have the same great-great-grandparents, fourth cousins have the same great-great-great-grandparents, and so on.

Anyone married into a family is just considered your cousin's husband. A second cousin is the son or daughter of your cousin.
