Answer by  steverino (275)

Watson 348 is 5. 5 mg hydrocodone, and 500 mg acetaminophen. It is the generic for vicodin or Lortab. It contains the equivalent of 2 tylenol tablets (acetaminophen), and the relatively smaller dose of 5mg codeine in the form of hydrocodone. There are stronger strengths available, and the pill is a white oval.

The tablet contains 5 mg of hydrocodone and 500 mg of acetaminophen. Acetaminophen is marketed under the brand name Tylenol. Watson 349 is generic Vicodin or Lortab.

Answer by  Ginakeys (178)

The white pill "Watson 349", assuming it is "genuine" and comes from Watson Pharmaceuticals, is the generic forthe regular strength analgesic "Vicodin". Vicodin, (and thus this generic), in this strength, contains 5 mg of hydrocodone (the powerful opioid analgesic) combined with 500 mg acetaminophen (Tylenol), designed for optimal analgesic effect.
