If I skip my period on birth control, what are the chances of spotting?

Your chances are pretty good. If your period is regular it is very likely. Your body is use to that cleansing every month. It is going to be prepared to cleanse as usual.

It depends on the type of birth control you use. For Depo Provera, you will experience spotting for the first month but after that will not have a period. For the pills, you can safely skip the sugar pills to skip your period and not have any problems or spotting.
