Stop payment. Go to the sales rep. , and state your case; if you get no satisfaction, go to his superior. Advise the contractor that you are sending letters to the Better Business Bureau and your states' Attorney Generals Office of Consumer Affairs. Be willing to go to court for satisfaction.

If you know that it wasn't right at the time that you did the work, you can tell your boss or supervisor that a mistake was made and needs to be fixed. If you are honest and can make it right without any fuss or problems then everything should work out okay.

Once a work order is signed, it isopen until it is completed to the satisfaction of the requestor, or until a supervisor or manager intervenses. If you have submitted a work order and it has not been completed to your satisfaction, contact you superior and discuss the issue with him.

Try to fix it. Even it was on a last minute or just accept the critics. It sure will give you a lesson to learn.
