If I forgot an uncooked brat in my car overnight, is it still safe to cook and eat?

I'm going out on a limb here- if your car wasn't hot, and it is pre-packaged, sealed, I'd eat it. If fresh and unsealed in packaging, bin it.

No! Toss it out right away!!!! You should never leave raw meat sitting out for long periods of times. Thaw your foods out in the fridge.

Absolutely not! The bacteria that are undoubtedly present would have had all night to multiply, making it potentially very unhealthful for you to eat, even after cooking. They can produce toxins, which cooking will not destroy. I'm sorry to say, you would be better off throwing the food away than risking a hospital stay.
