If according to my charted stars my sun is in aries and my moon is libra does that mean I am conflicted?

There is not a star in the universe that knows about, cares about, or has any effect on your emotional status or educational difficulties, regardless of its position. If you gave the energy that you are wasting on astrological nonsense to your science studies, you'd do better in school and your educational path will become clear.

NO not at all. It just means that in the depth of your personalities that both signs contribute to your overall make-up. The key to your decision is to find something that you love and are passionate about then you will know what path to follow for your future. Instead of looking to the stars look inside or yourself.

While it can be tempting to do so, you should never use astrology as an excuse to avoid making an important decision. You should base your choice on what you want out of your life and on the practical requirements to achieve it, not on what you think the stars might be telling you.

If your sun is in aries then it is certainly not a good time to make an important decision. The fact that your moon is Libra is even worse.

I don't think that you should be using your stars as an excuse to not be able to make a decision. No one will believe that.

Such a decision criteria would be taken as a sign of immaturity or ignorance. Instead, intern or volunteer in the areas you are interested in. Take general courses creditable to any degree while you decide your path. Stay college is too expensive to make a mistake in degree selection.
