When fluid in the inner ear moves, electrical impulses are transmitted to the brain. This happens when the tiny hairs in the inner ear interacts with the fluid. The brain translates these impulses as motion, that is why the sufferer will feel dizzy. This condition most likely points to an ear infection and a doctor should be consulted.
