I have a bad right-sided pain that goes around my back, what is this?

It could be a sprained muscle. This is pretty common in the "core region", especially if twisted strangely. Or it could be a kidney stone.

Chances are very good you are experiencing a gall bladder attack. Normally appendicitis will cause the pain to radiate to the belly botton area. See a Dr. if it continues.

There could be many reasons why you are experiencing these symptoms; appendicitis, gallbladder problems are among "some" of the diseases that could cause right sided pain which goes around to the back. There is no way to diagnose these symptoms without a proper medical exam and required tests. Consult your doctor for proper diagnosis.

Have you been lifting anything? You may have sprained a muscle. Try a cold pack for the first 24 hours, then switch to a heat pack.
